I searched on Google for driver service and found Prime Solutions in many places with all the rosy text; for example they have mention in one of the ad "We have been hearing complaints from many clients who have switched from other service providers to us. Regular Complaints includes DEMANDING MORE CHARGES THAN AGREED PRICES, NON PUNCTUAL SERVICE, PHONE SWITCH OFF AT THE LAST MOMENT, INEXPERIENCED & WORST BEHAVING DRIVERS ETC."
