On April 9, 2011 I ordered an 18" grill that I have not been able to find elsewhere from Fingerhut. I did this online, and applied for and received a credit limit of $700. The total cost was approimately $70, including shipping...so it was not a high priced item. This is my first order from them, having received MANY catalogs. The order processing went fine, but all went to hell after that. The confirmation on 4-9-11 claimed they would ship between 1 and 5 days.
