DuBois furniture sold my mother in law a recliner. She took delivery and placed the recliner in her sitting room. Some days later she noticed her sitting room had aquired an odor. She investigated and found the smell came from the new recliner. Her daughter called Dubois furniture to try and effect an exchange for another chair. The person at Dubois refused an exchange and offered only a return with a restocking fee of $200.00, 40% of the selling price. read full review »
