i purchase a telelphone from Virgin Mobile, within 2 weeks the phone started going haywire. I contacted Virgin Mobile and they sent out a replacement phone. Upon recieving it I tried to activated threw their tech support. i was informed that the phone sent to me was already issued to another customer and they could not activate it. I should wait 72 hours for engineer dept to find out what went wrong.
