I have an allocated parking bay which is stipulated in my lease of the apartment. On the 10th April i received a note on the windscreen of my vehicle saying it had been purchased and i was to vacate the parking bay immediately. I duely visited their sales office on the 11/04/2011 and told their staff member that it formed part of my lease agreement and would not vacate the bay until such time as the lease has expired.
