First and foremost the receptionist was completely inaccurate in every price she gave me. After the first visit she claimed my insurance only cover 80% of a filling. After investigating this with my insurance provider I found this to me inaccurate. My insurance provider did in fact cover 100% of fillings just as I suspected. Strike one.
