I have an account with them and I was recently laid off. I am fully aware they are allowed to call on an open debt, as this was the job that I was laid off from. Today alone they have called 5 times with me calling once to speak to a supervisor. 3 of the calls came after I already spoke to someone about this issue. This is harassment plain and simple. You are not allowed to call someone back in the same day after speaking with them unless they give you permission to do so.
