over the past three days I have made reservations in TravelNow's webpage. I find a fare for my son and I, fill in three pages worth of data, plus credit card info, etc. when I'm done I get a confirmation that I have made a "reservation request", and that a customer care rep will contact me within 24 hours. Systematically I get an email or phone call back letting me know that unfortunately that fare is not available any longer and that the fare is substantially more.
