I have recharged my Reliance NetConnect from Reliance World here in Sector 18, Noida on 15/04/11 for Rs.1200 which is 15GB plan but till date my Reliance NetConnect balance is nil. I have called the customer care they are saying that "your recharge was successful but the data is not credited to your account, contact Reliance World", so i have contacted reliance world, they have taken my no. and all but no action have taken till date. Please look into the matter and rectify my problem as soon as possible. read full review »
