I am TRYING to get my service up and running with Cricket right now. So far it has been 9 days of hell. I call, I'm on hold for at least 20 minutes before reaching a real person, when that person gets on, he or she can barely be understood due the the heavy accent, then they proceed to tell me that I am talking to the wrong department and transfer me to another department where I wait another 10-20 minutes for a human, then the heavly accented person politely tells me it is another department's problem and transfers me again, then... read full review »
