I had a recall notice in the mail for my 2003 Toyota Tacoma that my truck needed to have a frame replacement done on it. I scheduled an appointment to take my truck over to drop-off for this to be done which I was told would only take 2 months to complete. It took them 6 months to complete this 3 times longer than they quoted me because of certain workers were there to tell me why it was being pushed back and why it was taking so long to have the parts come in.
