I purchased a vehicle back in July 2007 from a dealership and financed it through Cit Auto Financial. With Citi, I had no issues, the customer service was great and I had absolutely nothing to complain about. Well this past year, CIti sold my loan to Santander Consumer USA. From there on, things just turned from great to terrible. I can't log onto their website, their website doesn't recognize my email address to reset a password, when I try to resign up, it says my account is already set up but I can't log on.
