I was issued Credit Card by FGB. DEspite not opting for Accident Insurance and Credit Shield in their form, they forced in first statement. The statement was never sent to me. In the next statement they put late payment charge and another billing for Accident Insurance and Credit Shield. When I call up and disputed ont eh charges put up without my concurrence, they put the onus on me, with an excuse that if I do not receive statament of account, I should have called up customer service and compalined about it.
