I bought a chi hairdryer that was not cheap and after a year and a half the heating element went out. I looked on line to see who to call for repair and noticed numerous complaints of the same thing happening. I called the customer service to see what could be done about my hair dry and was told nothing. I mentioned all the complaints about the same thing happening and was still told they would do nothing. This is ridiculous that this is not being corrected since it keeps happening to everyone after a year and a half. My suggestion is to buy a SALANO they will fix anything and there is not one particular problem with there product like Chi. read full review »
