Dear Sirs, On 18 January a box with books (CC 052091214 IL) from Israel has been delivered mistakenly to Thailand instead of The Netherlands. The box is in Thailand. I would appreciate very much if you could provide any information how I can receive the box (or it can be returned back to Israel to a sender).
