I have no picture but I have sound on my TV. Purchased new in Jan. 2010. Called so called customer service and the told me they were shipping me the parts. What???????. And the tech will be here in 10 days. What the hell is with this? Wouldn't it be easier to get the parts from samsung overnighted or at least 2nd day. And now wait 10 days for a service guy to come out and fix it. So much for paying the extra money for the extended service plan. Sears you lost a customer!!! read full review »
