This by far is the worst text book rental company I have ever used. First my account was drafted and I almost had to throw a tantrum to even receive my textbook. Their customer service department refuses to answer the phone, and when they do they give you the run around. I was given bogus shipping dates and did not receive my text until three weeks into my course. And to top it all ofF the text I received was rated in good condition.
