I was supposed to have a one-year contract from March 2008-March 2009 at $14.95 that did not auto-renew. I then added a tanning package for an additional $10/month for one year. Eleven months later I was told that my membership was about to expire (I was told this in person and over the phone). I paid cash for one more year of tanning and they continued to take $24.95 out of my account until I canceled the bank account in June of 2010.
