I cancelled a booking because the selected hotel did not have an airport shuttle as advertised, and was not near the airport, also as advertised. I got charged $15 for cancellation. I am of the opinion that this fee is inappropriate. The search engine on their web site produces deceptive results, leading customers to make reservations for hotels that do not meet the requested input parameters. Notwithstanding the fine print on their web site, there should be an implied warranty that the results of the reservation process are accurate to the input parameters requested.
