I want to express my utmost disappointment regarding SingTel Customer Care Hotline and SingTel Hello Shop being not able to help me regarding my bill disputes that starting since about a year ago. Complaint #1) I had another mobile line which was terminated long ago, and I noticed I over paid the said account S$57.67; I requested the amount to be credited to my another active account on last June 2010, over the counter at Jurong Point Hello Shop.
