My best friend saw a commercial for the prayer cross approx. 1 week before Christmas. She called to order and inquired as to whether it could be delivered by Christmas. The commercial was advertising a BOGO offer. Customer service told her that they could send the necklace rush delivery and it would be here in 2-3 days but she would have to pay $10.00 xtra and she would only get 1 necklace.
