We hired First Coast Limo for a school banquet and were not pleased. First, my credit card was charged immediately rather then when service was provided. We were told the driver would be there at 5:50pm, but he showed up at 6:10pm with the wrong limo. We ordered a black SUV and a white pick-up truck limo showed up. The limo had torn seats, smelled awful and was very hot inside. When we reserved the limo, the price we were quoted stated that the tip was included, so I assumed that is exactly what they meant.
