I experienced nothing but horrible customer service at Northbrook Toyota. I brought my car in March to fix a recall and to strictly get my oil changeD. Upon arrival we were ignored for a while by the customer employees and needed to request assistance before we even were helped. About 2 hours after we dropped my car off, we received a phone call from one of their customer service representatives that my car needed two tires and that it was recommended for a tire rotation.
