My experience is pretty much the same as others who have reported on here. I ordered a sample on 4th March, 2011 which I duly received (having paid the £6.95 p&p as requested). However, a further sum of £69.95 was taken from my Mastercard account on 22nd March !! Having queried the same with my John Lewis Mastercard and filing a dispute I am informed I am committed to a contract/subscription!!
