I was quoted a price of $150 for my laptop, mailed it in only to be told that I would only receive $5 for my laptop that was in perfect condition. I had only had it for about a year. I then asked for my laptop to be shipped back, but only received automated emails saying call their customer service. When I did, I never got through. This company is fraudulent. read full review »
