Here's a good one. I've seen numerous other complaints about this Support Squad group here, so here's what happened to me. I signed up for Verizon high-speed Internet service and home phone in December. Verizon's sales rep sells me the $9.99 a month Support Squad service and tells me its a good idea to have it for the first 3 months so if I have any problems they can help me.
