I pre-paid for a long list of dental work, begun in February 2011. One issue on that list is the need to have a wisdom tooth pulled. Because I have so many problems with my teeth, the manager of Aspen Dental put them in order of priority, with the pulling of the wisdom tooth being lower on the list than other more immediate problems.
