I returned 2 sets of blinds that were the wrong size. I wanted to exchange them but they did not have the right size so I was getting a refund. The Lady helping me was doing just fine and then the Manager comes up and said a part was missing out of the opened box. I told her I did not take all of the parts out because once I found it was the wrong size there was no need to open the rest. She insisted the piece you connect to the wall was not in there.
