I purchased a Voltas Mini Magic Water Dispenser on 04 April 2010, vide S. No. 6210098V09H00720. After few months, it stopped cooling water and I called up customer support team on 31 March 2011 (Before completing one year, withing warranty period), vide reference number: 11mr3102190. Same day, an engineer from LAHAR ENTERPRISES visited me. He checked the product and told me that the dispenser will have to be taken to their service center.
