I logged a call 12 april 2011.RMA no.is -82634811 with deepak he told me that next 3 to 4 days someone come and pickup the faulty part from my home But no one comes.After that again i called and i talked with a lady she told me that 22 april 2011 your hard drive will be picked up.today is 25 april.but no one comes to pick the faulty hardrive.Is this years or decade process.this reallly sucks user... read full review »
