i work for conns as a electronic tech my boss told me i couldn't not tell the truth for some customers and it was getting out of hand and the store manager had a very bad attitude toward helping any customer when their TV broken down and no nobody at the store would take care of any customers cause they where on commission and to a make extra buck on offering a extended warranty to any customer they could convinced if they needed that service.
