I booked a flight to Spain with EasyJet for 4 people, I misspelt one of my friends surnames, so I tried to change it online. The system would not let me. So I called the number on the website, which was charging me 65p per minute. I was shocked! After explaining to the lady at customer services that it was just a spelling mistake, she told me she would still need to charge me the difference of the flight price because I had called up 4 days after the booking was made.
