This site is now just freelancer.com, either they changed the people who run it or revamped it but while I was out of a job, I did a job on here that cost the person hiring $30. They charged a $5 fee for that, but their paypal withdrawl limit is $30, so basically you'd have to win another project and complete it before you can even withdraw any money! Not only that, they charge another fee for withdrawing from their site to paypal.
