I too have a similar problem as some of the "complainers" on your site. We fell behind 2 payments with wells fargo dealer services due to financial problems. (we only have 3 months on the car and it is ours!) I/my husband have spent hours on the phone with these people reitterating the same story. They should really type it up and keep better notes.
