I purchased 12-day trip to Peru Jan. 2011 to leave LA 4/20/11. I had several calls confirming trip &emails, w/confirmation of flight. E-ticket & other tour/hotel information was to be emailed 2 weeks prior to departure, but as of 4/12 nothing received. I called several times in the previous two weeks and was told all is OK, but no replies to my emails. I was told info would be sent to me on 4/11 for departure on 4/20, but nothing comes.
