Pfizer which calls itself the world leading pharmaceutical company is very racist. The company has problems promoting African American. In the company you find more African American with degrees in lower positions than their white counterpart with the same or less education level. The company has placed a few African American in visible positions as figureheads to appear as if the company in an equal opportunity employer.
