Today (aprl 25, 2011) i came for the first time to just nail trim for my dog. What happen is, after done, they not told me that his nail is cut too short and bleed before. We dont know until we took my dog home and i notice the blood is everywhere in the carpet. So i return there and talk with the manager of that store her name is AMANDA. She even not said sory, she said that the mistake is my dog that too hyper !!! SHe even talk very rude to my mom, and no word of SORY from her that that hospital ruins my dog nails!!!
