To whom it may concern, I am very upset un annoyed as i did not give permission for this amount of money to be taken out of my bank account and would be expecting a telephone call from someone to say that it will be getting returned. I spoke to a woman on the telephone who was very pushy and i told her that i couldnt afford to pay for it at this moment in time, the ammount that has been taken out my bank is not the ammount that was asked for.
