We have cargo from chennai 1153 kgs awb no. 807-0156-9422 Eta Sub on 15.04.2011 but until today we can't do customs process because your person ( air asia) person not do manifest to customs in surabaya so in customs still not any datas for this cargo. and Customs in surabaya already instruction to air asia to kindly make finish for this but not any action and still blam.
