I had given this company money in November, 2010 for a trip to Peru that was supposed to start on April 20th.this was a trip I had wanted to take all my life to Macchu Picchu..I never received any of my travel documents nor did my friend. We had been told that we would receive them via e-mail two weeks ahead...I was reassured on 4 different occasions by "Juan" that they were running late because of all the extra business they had for Easter.
