sir/madam, I am M.Arumugam residing in surapet, i have brought Sansui Colour LCD TV on 16/3/2010 for my new residence. hoping that sansui is a good company, unfortunately TV got Burned by itself as well as many things got burned on 27/4/2010, so i have lodged complaint on the same day, customercare executive said that they will visit and solve our problem. and also gave us complaint number...after this there was no response.. so again i have called customer care and lodged complaint... not only myself even i have complained to the company... read full review »
