AFTER FIGHTING WITH SANTANDER FOR 6 MONTHS ON MANY DIFFERENT ASPECTS, WITH ABSOLUTELY NO SOLUTION, ALL MY PROBLEMS WERE SOLVED BY THEIR TELEPHONE REP. NAMED FELECIA, STATIONED IN THEIR FORT MILL, SC OFFICE. SHE SOLVED THEM ALL IN 20 MINUTES, AFTER I HAD SPENT 6 MONTHS AND 20 MAN HOURS ATTEMPTING TO DEAL WITH SANTANDER.
SHE WAS A FORMER CITI EMPLOYEE AND THOROUGHLY EQUIPPED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. read full review »

SANTANDER has proven themselves over the past 8 months to be a total Predator with no responsibility to respond to customer's written requests.
The auto loan documents, which were sold to Santander by another Predator, Citi Auto Financial, were entered incorrectly yet SANTANDER will not respond to correction requests.
As for their customer service personnel, they are the absolute bottom of the barrel. And, they could care less. read full review »
