This company gave me innacurate and outdated pricing data, I offered to show them the data on my phone since I lost alot of money in buying bad books, IE I purchased a book that neatoscanner said that was around 50K in sales rank, then I got home to discover that the rank was around 600K. I bought a whole slew of books like this. When I confronted Neato Scan about this they vehemently denied the error in data and would not even look at the proof that i had, the downloaded database. Anyways, your best bet is the many other companys out their that offer the same service for 3 -5 times cheaper. read full review »
