Feb 2nd ordered FREE trial online – need to cancel by Feb 15th to not be charged. Shipment sent on Feb 3rd – email confirmation Feb 14th went online to cancel, clicked EASY CANCEL button, but got no confirmation so did it again. Feb 18th got charged 79.99 x 2 – email confirm.
