I ordered a phone from Virgin Mobile with overnight shipping. When the phone was not received in a week, I called and cancelled the order. The money was credited back to my account approximately a week later. Then after another 2 weeks passed, Virgin Mobile shipped the phone and forced the amount out of my prepaid Visa account, overdrawing my balance. I immediately returned the phone and was told it would take 3-5 days to refund my $174.00. That was 2 weeks ago and they still have not refunded me my money. read full review »
