I took my vehicle into the Chrysler garage for an oil change. I began smelling burnt, I initially thought they had spilled some when replacing it & assumed it would burn off. The smell continued. I checked my oil & it was a quart low. I attempted to call the Chrysler Dealership Garage & they would not answer their phone & when they finally would, they would be very rude & place me on hold & eventually disconnect my call.
