After six weeks my Galaxy Tablet stopped running apps, would not uninstall apps and would not reset to factory settings. After much time on the phone with Sprint tech support, the issue was unresolved and was transferred to Samsung service (in India). As Samsung considers the Tablet a computer rather that a phone, it could not be replaced and must be sent to the service center for repair. The entire process took only six days.
