We applied for an auto loan through them. My husband and I had been trying to decide which credit union to begin a relationship with here in San Diego and we thought we'd give them a shot. We applied online and Arlina calls to say congratulations your loan has been approved! We were super excited!! She starts asking some questions and then puts us on hold for a moment.
