Lifetouch service to receive photo’s are horrible. I was unable to order my daughter’s fall school pictures online because I didn’t have a picture/portrait ID#, or access code, but can order a CD from them. I ordered the picture CD in November and was supposed to receive it within 6 weeks…..never had received it. I called them and they claimed they sent it but they mailed it out again….only for me to wait another 6 weeks for it, I finally received it in March.
