I bought a MC-54 Roketa 250cc scooter from his online sight back in february. He said it would be at my door four days from the time I ordered it. I got it 17 days later. Then the real problems started happing first the clutch fan was not put on with lock tight and came appart. I took to Yamaha to have it fixed to find that they could not get it to start again. So I took to a scooter shop that specializes in chinese scooters and they said it has low compression that the motore more then likely is blown.
